Crafting Gingerbread Dough
Perfect the dough-making process as you mix, roll, and cut it into beautiful shapes. Got leftovers? Get creative and turn them into cookies to adorn your edible masterpiece.

Building Your Gingerbread House
Learn the secrets of assembling sturdy and picture-perfect walls and roofs. With our tips, your gingerbread house will be as festive as it is structurally sound.

The Art of Royal Icing
Whip up royal icing from scratch and discover how to use it for intricate piping and decorative finishes to elevate your creation to holiday perfection.

Each participant will work individually, crafting, frosting, and decorating their very own gingerbread house, designed to be approximately 17cm high, 17cm deep, and 12cm wide. It’s the ideal size to showcase as a centrepiece for your Christmas celebrations. Whether it’s your first attempt or a beloved holiday tradition, this class promises a delightful blend of fun, festivity, and hands-on learning.
