Chef in Training

Our signature series, these intensive cooking or baking classes will allow you to spend focused time mastering specific skills. For greater flexibility, the classes are available on weekdays, weekends or weeknights.
 
The Chef in Training series is, for the home gourmand, a comprehensive launch pad to becoming a proficient cook or baker. These non WSQ courses are specially created for beginners and are taught by professionally trained chefs over 4, 6 or 8 sessions. Participants will be guided through a series of basic culinary or baking skills that help establish a firm foundation. On completion of all the modules in the series, a Certificate of Achievement will be awarded.  
Available Funding With  
 
All our Chef In Training series are UTAP Funded. That means that under UTAP, NTUC union members enjoy 50% course fee support, capped at $250 or $500 (aged 40 years old and above).
 
Installment Payment Plan
 
Installment plans are available for classes over $900 with . Do send us an email or approach one of our staff to discuss further.
