Here's how Palate Sensations Is Dealing with COVID-19

HOW IS PALATE SENSATIONS DEALING WITH COVID-19?

Updated 14 May 2021

Dear Friends of Palate Sensations Culinary School,

In line with the Singapore Government’s announcement on 14 May 2021, here is how the studio will operate:

Apart from the usual practices of safe entry check in, temperature check, hand washing and mask wearing, here are a few points to note:

Leisure life style classes such as cooking baking classes are still allowed to continue. Participants will work in pairs (at maximum) and social distancing will be strictly followed.

Dining after class will no longer be allowed. Please bring containers to pack away the food you make at the class.

Masks will need to be worn at all times and it can only be taken off when you are tasting during the class or drinking from your own water bottle.

All drinks will no longer be served.  Please ensure you bring your own water bottle to the class.

If you prefer to defer your class, do let us know. We will defer your enrolment for up to 6 months from the class date.

STUDIO AND STAFF

All staff have temperature checks twice a day.

All staff will wear a mask at all times.

None of our staff have been sick, nor have they been in contact with anyone with COVID-19.

Our hand soap, table sanitisers, washing liquid for our commercial dish washer, our floor mop sanitiser are all antibacterial. We always clean and wipe down after every class and hygiene is always observed throughout the class/event.

High touch surfaces are being cleaned and disinfected regularly.

All our equipment used during the class is washed with a commercial dish washer that is heat treated to kill bacteria.

PARTICIPANTS

We will conduct temperature checks for each participant entering the studio.

You will be asked to sign into SafeEntry using their Trace Together app for contract tracing.

You will be required to wear a mask at all times.

You will not be allowed to enter the studio if you are sick.

We look forward to seeing you!
