Chinese New Year is all about celebrations, and what better way to enjoy it than with delicious treats like cashew nut cookies and pineapple balls? A baking class can be a fun way to get together, especially in a parent and child setting, creating some great bonding moments while making festive goodies.

Cashew Nut Cookies

Pineapple Balls (using store-bought pineapple jam)

The fee is for 1 child, please sign up for 2 for a Parent & Child pair. If you prefer, you can send 2 kids instead to the class.

** Each person will take home approximately a dozen of cookies. Please bring appropriate containers to pack the cookies.
