Joseph Mayton is an award-winning sommelier from San Francisco. He worked as a Wine Director in San Francisco for years where he won numerous awards for his wine and beverage lists. His last restaurant, Rooh, won Wine Spectators wine list award. He was the Beverage Director for the 2018 James Beard Foundation annual dinner. 

Joseph runs Fermented in Singapore. At Fermented, they are passionate about bringing quality, well made wines to Singapore. They have a close relationship with every winery that they partner with, and collaborate with them to bring their wines into the glasses of the Singapore consumer. They have exclusive relationships with every winery they have selected to represent. It is also their belief that amazing fermented grape juice doesn’t have to come at a steep price.
