Nasi lemak with condiments - Fragrant coconut rice served with sambal, boiled egg, cucumber, peanuts and anchovies.

Kari ayam - A rich and aromatic chicken curry simmered in coconut milk with a blend of traditional spices.

Siakap kukus limau - Fresh steamed sea bass delicately prepared with zesty lime, creating a light and flavourful seafood dish.

Pajeri nenas - A traditional Malay pineapple curry that perfectly balances sweet and spicy flavours with tender chunks of tropical fruit.

Sayur lodeh - A comforting vegetable stew cooked in creamy coconut milk with mixed vegetables and aromatic herbs.

Kuih kosui - Traditional steamed rice flour cakes with a soft, chewy texture, often enjoyed as a sweet Malaysian dessert or snack.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Understand the different types of moist heat cooking methods

Use the correct tools and equipment safely when preparing and cooking dishes

Use different types of ingredients stated in the recipe and store them according to the nature of the ingredients
