Maki and Hand Rolled Sushi

Learn how to make sushi rice and the techniques to make a firm and perfectly round maki roll. We will also make hand rolled sushi with assorted fillings. 

Tamagoyaki

Japanese rolled omelette

Tofu Miso Soup

Learn how to make dashi, which is the cooking base for miso soup using kelp and bonito flakes.

Free flow of beers and soft drinks will be served when you are dining in our alfresco area. No corkage fees charged if you decide to bring your own wines!
