Are you ready for a truly festive and delicious way to celebrate Chinese New Year? Join us for a dumpling-making cooking class! Not only will we learn the secrets to making perfect dumplings, but we'll also discover the symbolism behind the dish. Legend has it that the shape of the dumpling resembles a money pouch, representing wealth and good fortune in the coming year. Plus, what better way to ring in the new year than by gathering around the table with friends and family, all working together to create something delicious? So let's get ready to roll up our sleeves (and our dough!) and have some fun making dumplings.

We will make the dough, 2 types of fillings (one with pork and one with vegetables) and 2 types of dipping sauces (one with vinegar and one with spice).

Each person will be working individually.
