Radhicka Ankush Khanna is a wine and cheese expert, culinary professional and experiential host with a passion for creating interactive food and wine experiences that are approachable, thoughtful and memorable.

She holds Level 3 in wine certification from WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust, London) and she holds Level 3 certification in cheese from the Academy of Cheese, London. She is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma (Level 4 in Wines), one of the wine industry’s most advanced and respected qualifications. She is also working toward her Master of Cheese certification from the Academy of Cheese.

Radhicka was the Runner-Up on MasterChef India Season 1 and has spent years working across food, and culinary entrepreneurship. A trained baker and cookbook author, she taught cooking and baking classes for over 6 years at The Culinaria in India, where she worked with both beginners and passionate cooks, focusing on making culinary learning enjoyable, accessible and confidence-building.

She is also the co-founder of multiple food-led ventures, including Fraise et Fromage, which focuses on curated wine and cheese experiences, tastings and sensory-led events.

Radhicka enjoys creating experiences that go beyond traditional tastings. Her sessions combine guided learning, storytelling, interaction and team-based activities that encourage participants to taste thoughtfully, articulate confidently and engage with food and wine in a more meaningful way.

Her approach is educational yet relaxed, structured yet playful, with a strong emphasis on making participants feel comfortable, curious and intellectually engaged, regardless of prior knowledge.

Through her sessions, Radhicka hopes to show people that wine is far more than alcohol, cheese far more than cheddar, and that discovering both can be fun, social and deeply rewarding.
