My goal is to introduce this storied culinary tradition to a wider audience, turning every meal into a memorable, shared experience.

With over two decades of robust experience in Singapore’s vibrant food and beverage industry, Chef Paul Berlandier is a passionate custodian of Singaporean Eurasian culinary heritage. His impressive culinary journey includes helming high-profile kitchens across the island, notably managing operations at the landmark beach-side establishment Sunset Bay Bistro in Sentosa and East Coast Park, and serving as the resident chef for the Eurasian Association’s family restaurant where he dedicated himself to preserving and promoting authentic local culinary culture.

Chef Paul is a firm believer that food is a powerful medium for storytelling and community building. Beyond commercial kitchens, he has dedicated his operational expertise to designing and delivering engaging, practical, and highly interactive culinary workshops. From lively corporate team-building events to meaningful community programs for retirees and organizations at venues like Dignity Kitchen, Paul’s warm instructional style and skilled curriculum design make complex heritage recipes accessible, innovative, and fun for cooks of all skill levels.
