At Palate Sensations, we are thrilled to have Chef Loreta as a vital part of our team. Her extensive culinary background, coupled with her boundless enthusiasm, makes her an inspiring leader and beloved instructor.

Loreta’s culinary journey began with her love for food, a passion that has driven her to continually hone her skills and expand her expertise. She holds a Diploma in Patisserie from City & Guilds, a Certificate in Asian Pastry Making from BITC, and advanced her knowledge further with a Diploma in Commerce specialising in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Kaplan Higher Education Institute. She has topped it off with a Sushi Course from the prestigious Japan Culinary Institute in Atami and refined her pastry skills through advanced courses at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in Bangkok, Thailand.

Her willingness to continually grow and learn is reflected not only in her qualifications but also in her teaching. Her teaching journey started with a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Urdaneta City University in The Philippines. An MOE-certified instructor, Chef Loreta is renowned for her clear, friendly teaching style that appeals to both kids and adults alike. From captivating children’s cooking classes to engaging sessions for adults, her versatility and approachable nature make her highly sought after by students of all levels.

Specialising in Asian cuisine, Loreta’s expertise spans Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino dishes, and Asian pastries. Her deep appreciation for these culinary traditions, combined with meticulous management of the kitchen, ensures every class at Palate Sensations is as organised as it is enriching.

Beyond her culinary talents, Loreta prioritises safety by maintaining a valid First Aid with CPR + AED Certificate from Singapore Red Cross, bringing an added degree of care and mindfulness to her role.
