A great start to my cooking journey, I had my first experience with Palate Sensations preparing my favourite dish “CRAB”. The Chef was accommodating in answering to all our questions even to the extent on how to kill a crab. While some of the questions might sound silly, chef tried his best to answer all of our questions. The instructions was clear and the notes given were well documented. Humour had made the session light even when there was much to do. Chef did not just follow the course materials to the letter but included his experience to making that excellent dish.
