LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Prepare workstations, kitchen tools and equipment to be ready before start of cooking

Prepare food ingredients needed for cooking

Follow the recipes and demonstrate cooking techniques for baked dim sum preparation

Store ingredients and finished products safely and to reinstate workstations
