In this class, we will be making gluten free bakes suitable for the whole family.

Gluten is found in grains such as wheat, barley, rye, and triticale, a cross between wheat and rye. A gluten-free diet is primarily used to treat celiac disease as gluten is believed to cause inflammation in the small intestines for those with celiac disease.
