Join this class to learn how to make delish pizzas. We’ll be covering both thin and thick crust pizzas, classic tomato sauce and a South East Asia inspired flavour, complete with making your own vegan cheese topping.  

The session will cover how to:

- prepare a fuss free yet tasty dough that you can easily replicate at home. No stand mixer or tedious kneading required.

- make melty dairy-free pizza topping cheese from scratch

- veganise otah paste to top your pizza   

- hand stretch the pizza dough for both thick and thin style crust and top them with plant based ingredients

- bake the pizzas and tips for baking them in your home oven

Recipes covered are free from alliums, suitable for those who do not consume onion or garlic.
