Old is gold. These pies are classic and make any weekend an occasion for munching, even, make it a replacement for your regular birthday cake. Join us as we teach you to make these pies a mainstay in your kitchen.

This menu is an intermediate level and requires more components than usual. But rest assured it will taste like a slice of heaven.

You will learn to:

Make a sweet crust (pate sucre)
Make a chocolate crust
Understand how to handle the dough to make the crust flaky and buttery
Caramelise the apple filling
Cook a smooth chocolate custard
Whip and Maintain a fluffy Chantilly cream
How to assemble and create a glossy shine during baking
