Crumbly, melt in your mouth textured pastry made with butter and a deep flavoured pineapple tart jam that has a balance between sweetness and acidity.

This is an iconic greeting that sits on every Chinese New Year cookie platter. Making these pineapple tarts yourself is easy as it doesn't require much equipment while producing a quality that can't be found in retail shops.

We will make everything from scratch including the pastry and jam.

The pineapple tart will be made as an open faced tart with a ball of jam sitting on top of the pastry and as a closed ball with the jam enclosed inside the dough.
