This class will focus on understanding the concept of dough mixing and kneading and how to tell when it is sufficiently kneaded. Learn specific techniques to create a hand tossed pizza base with an airy rim.

- Diavola - Salami, Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce, Hot Peppers

- Capricciosa - Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Mushrooms, Ham, Eggs, Artichoke, Sausages, Green olives
