You'll prepare two authentic dishes, starting with Buboh Udang—a flavorful Nonya porridge featuring pork belly, prawns, and firm soy bean cake in a luscious homemade stock, served with dark soy sauce and crushed red chili. Then, discover the art of working with banana leaves as you craft Kueh Pisang and Nagasari—a delightful dessert of mung bean flour wrapped around banana or corn with coconut. Perfect for food enthusiasts, heritage explorers, and culinary students, this session promises a vibrant immersion into tradition and flavour!
