There are many different varieties of Vietnamese rolls with many assorted fillings and wrappers.  In this class, we will use  piper leaves and rice paper rolls as wrappers to achieve different textures.

This is a live online class delivered by ZOOM.

Ingredients, an apron and the recipes will be sent to your home on the day of the class.

You will receive enough ingredients to make 2 portions. 

Please indicate your home address when you book the class.

A basic kitchen set up is required such as stove, frying pan and a grill pan. As this involves deep frying, please ensure you have sufficient oil and a deep pot. 

Vegetable oil, salt and pepper will not be provided.
