Celebrate local flavours of kaya and coffee in a refreshing presentation- two layers of soft cake sandwiched with smooth, coconutty kaya cream and refreshing coffee jelly. Eggless and dairy free, yet rich in flavour.

In this session, you will learn how to:
- make creamy, fragrant and less sweet eggless kaya
- prepare a vegan sponge cake that is soft, fluffy, yet not too sweet
- make coffee jelly
- prepare kaya flavoured whipping cream
- assemble and frost the cake

Bring home your very own decorated cake at the end of the session!
