In this session, we will cover how to:

- bake a gluten free eggless chocolate cake

- prepare a less sweet dairy free cocoa butter cream

- prepare a Ferrero Rocher inspired coating, using walnuts and dairy free chocolate

- assemble and coat the cake 

Bring home your very own decorated 6 inch round cake at the end of the session!
