Portuguese Egg Tarts - a deliciously crispy shell on the outside contrasted with a creamy, lightly sweetened custard filling baked until it’s just beautifully scorched on top.

Hong Kong Egg Tarts - a more shortbread-like crust shell filled with an automatic egg-custard that has a shiny, glassy rather than scorched surface.

You'll be working individually and prepare doughs and fillings for both types of egg tarts, so come with containers for a dozen of each egg tarts.
