Looking for something different for coming Mid-Autumn Festival? Learn how to make delicious flaky pastries, and add pretty twists by shaping them into in the shape of Chrysanthemum and Mandarin Orange. 

In this session, you will learn how to:

- adapt traditional lard pastry to a barely sweet, very flaky vegan pastry

- enhance and add variation to store bought bean fillings

- wrap the pastries and craft them into chrysanthemum and mandarin orange shape

- bake the pastries
