Tempura - Battered deep-fried ingredients such as prawn, lotus root, mushroom and pumpkin. Learn how to make the delicious tempura dipping sauce.

Tempura tendon - consists of assorted tempura served on top of a bed of steamed rice in a large donburi bowl.
