Join us to make these modern exquisite pies – full of flavour and textures! These are free form pies that do not need any special moulds so you do not need any special equipment!

You will learn to:

Make the galette pastry, a different crust from the usual pie crusts.
Understand how to handle pie dough
Layering of the filo to make it crisp
Understand the different types of filling that can be used
