Embarking on a culinary adventure has never been more exciting with this Chef In Training series, specially curated for those eager to explore the vibrant world of plant-based cuisine. Designed with the novice in mind, these classes provide a hands-on, step-by-step experience that not only introduces you to the basics of plant-based cooking and baking but also equips you with the knowledge to substitute ingredients and craft a healthful plant-based diet with confidence. 

From crafting your own plant-based milks and indulging in soy panna cotta with salted caramel in Module 1 to mastering the art of Asian appetizers like Sichuan spicy wonton in chili oil, each module is designed to inspire and ignite a passion for plant-powered cooking. We take it a step further in Module 5 with an exploration into Western cooking, teaching you to make pasta from scratch, complemented by a trio of sumptuous sauces. 

Whether it's the blend of exotic flavours in Asian dishes or the comfort found in Western cuisine, our Chef In Training program promises a joyous and enriching culinary experience, inviting you to discover the endless possibilities that plant-based cooking offers.

This course does not contain eggs, dairy, meat or seafood. 

Terms and Conditions: 

For those taking individual sessions, the fees will be $180 nett per participant per session.

For those taking the entire module, the fees will be $1000 nett per participant for all 6 sessions.

An entire module is designated as 1 continuous intake and not different sessions from different intakes to make up 5 sessions.

There will be no make up session if you are not able to come to the confirmed session for whatever reason.

If you are not sure whether you can attend all 6 dates in that module, we suggest you sign up for individual sessions.

In the unlikely event that a scheduled session does not reach the minimum number required for the session or due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, Palate Sensations reserves the right to change the date of or cancel the session. If that occurs, a refund of any payment will be offered/given minus any discounts (if applicable. The final fee calculation is subject to the discretion of Palate Sensations).

Palate Sensations does not guarantee the availability of any session (whether for adults or children, or as advertised on the Website or through any other means) until your booking is confirmed, and where applicable, the required session size is reached.

Poke bowl with fillings including:

Watermelon Tuna, Tahini Dressing, Ponzu Dressing, Quinoa, Falafel, Pan-fried Tofu, Edamame, Mango, Avocado, Furikake spinkles
