Lamb Maglouba

Served with lamb okra cooked in tomato sauce. We will be focussing on using the right spices with the lamb to bring out the right Jordanian flavour to the dish. Learn how to layout the lamb, the vegetables and the rice to shape the Maglouba ( which means up side down). After it is cooked, we will flip the dish.
