With the Mid-Autumn season around the corner, everyone will be enjoying mooncakes again! There are so many varieties available in the market, but surely only a few that you really like.

Let us teach you how to make these delicious mooncakes so you can enjoy them and make them the way you like.

In this session, we will cover how to make

1) Snow Skin Red Bean with Dried Longan Mooncake and

2) Mung Bean Mooncake with homemade Mung Bean Filling

Make the mooncake dough. The instructor will guide you to create your desired colours.

We will use store bought Red Bean paste.

You will learn to flatten and properly fill the dough with the fillings evenly, how to use the mould to create the intricate designs on the top.

We will show you how to remove the mooncake from the mould carefully, ensuring the shape remains even.

The dough for both types of mooncakes will be made from scratch.

*Mung Bean filling will be made altogether as a class.
