With the Mid-Autumn season around the corner, everyone will be enjoying mooncakes again! There are so many varieties available in the market, but surely only a few that you really like.

Let us teach you how to make these delicious mooncakes so you can enjoy them and make them the way you like.

In this session, we will cover how to make

Lotus Paste with Salted Egg and Melon Seed Mooncakes

Make the mooncake dough.

We will use store bought Lotus paste.

You will learn to flatten and properly fill the dough with the fillings evenly.

How to cook the salted egg yolk and insert it into the filling. Also, how to use the mould to create the intricate designs on the top.

We will show you how to remove the mooncake from the mould carefully, ensuring the shape remains even.

We will also share the temperatures and techniques for baking mooncakes ensuring it does not crack, and to create the attractive gloss all over.
