With the Mid-Autumn season around the corner, everyone will be enjoying mooncakes again! There are so many varieties available in the market, but surely only a few that you really like. Let us teach you how to make these delicious mooncakes so you can enjoy them and make them the way you like.


We will cover 2 techniques: The traditional baked mooncakes and the Snowskin Mooncakes.

The dough for both the types of mooncakes will be made from scratch.

We will use store bought Lotus and Red Bean filling for the mooncakes.

We will make the Mung Bean filling together as a class.

You will learn to fill the dough with the fillings evenly and how to use the mold to create the designs.

How to remove the mooncake from the mold.

Temperatures and techniques for baking mooncakes and ensuring it does not crack

Creating the shine on the mooncake.
