The mooncake above all the others, meticulously layered dough creates a melt-in-your-mouth flakiness that is delicate and tasty. Sliced carefully into half is a soft yam paste adorned with the salted egg that creates a balance of sweet and salty. Altogether, it is a perfect combination!

Come and join us during this course as we teach you to make the components from scratch. We will create the layered dough, cook out the yam paste till smooth and finally how to encompass the filling into the dough.

The components require time and patience, especially putting it together and frying. Only with patience, you can master this mooncake.
