Each participant will work on their own chicken, crafting a rich stock from the bones and using selected cuts to prepare a delicious chicken cacciatore.

The rest of the deboned meat will be vacuum-sealed and blast-chilled for you to take home, ready to use in your favourite recipes. Gain the confidence and skills to elevate your cooking while exploring the art of poultry butchery.
