Different bases for both cheesecake 

Digestive base for baked cheesecake

Oreo base for cold set cheesecake

Explain the difference in taste and texture for both.

We will be making:

6" inch baked New York cheesecake

6'' inch non bake Oreo white chocolate cheesecake

Please note that you will be working in a group environment but you will take home individual portions as stated above.
