In this cake series, learn this super duper tall cake that is ever so popular. This 6 inch cake is made up of a triple layer of vanilla sponge, filled with cream cheese and lemon curd and covered with cream cheese frosting and coconut flakes. 

Each participant will make and decorate their own cake from scratch.
