Why don’t you bring your ordinary cake to next level? A unique and refreshing alternative to all sushi lovers. Turn your favourite sushi roll into a cake that will definitely impress your friends and family.

The base of the sushi cake is made of fragrant sushi rice coated with toasted black sesame seeds. It is then decorated with your favourite sushi roll ingredients. From salmon sashimi and sliced avocado shaped into roses to cucumber slices, pickled ginger and tobiko to add colour and texture, this sushi cake will be a crowd favourite at your next gathering!

Join Chef Amelia to learn the basics of preparing sushi rice, including washing, cooking and seasoning the rice and transforming it into a beautiful masterpiece. Only the freshest ingredients will be used as toppings for the sushi cake.

Each participant will make a 6 inch sushi cake.
