Japanese mochi are cute round buns made of soft and chewy rice. The resulting sticky rice mass is then formed into the final mochi shape and baked, boiled or panfried. Absolutely delicious, make sure you cut it up into smaller pieces before indulging in them.

In this class, we will make a sweet and a savoury version of mochi.
