An ionic dish from Hong Kong, learn how to make the ultimate comfort food from scratch.

Cantonese style wonton noodles with authentic broth/soup made from scratch. This broth is made from pork bones and prawn shells.

Char siew made from scratch

Wonton dumplings with the skin made from scratch

Asian greens (either baby kailan or chye sim) with oyster sauce

Please note that we will be using store bought noodles.
