Using fresh ingredients and made-from-scratch flaxseed and chickpea wraps, we’ll show you how to prepare a vegetable-packed Mediterranean wrap. For a heartier option, we’ll demonstrate how to make a salmon and leek parcel, served alongside baby potatoes and wilted spinach. And, for days when you’re craving something crispy, we’ll guide you through making dukkah crusted chicken schnitzels with a light and refreshing apple slaw. These meals are perfect for busy weeknights when you’re short on time but still want to enjoy a nutritious, home-cooked dinner.
