Eating gluten-free products has been recognised for certain health benefits in the recent years. As more people turn towards a diet free from gluten, we have recognised the need to create alternatives so that we can all still enjoy the temptations of a good dessert.

This course will teach you desserts that do not contain gluten or demonstrate the alternatives that you can choose instead of using flour. There are many gluten-free premixes, but we choose to use ingredients that are easily available to you.
