Fondant Cake Decorating - Advanced Level

An advanced level class to include painting, stamping and cutouts.

For those who have basic knowledge of decorating cakes with fondant, learn the following:

Handle fondant

Use various equipment required, e.g. fondant tool kit which will be provided for your use during class

Color and shape fondant based on the chef’s demonstration

Techniques include painting, stamping and cutouts

Make various flowers and characters out of fondant

Cover the cake with fondant

Assemble and decorate the cake according to your preference

Each student will decorate and take home a 2 tier layered cake (6 inch and 4 inch)

Cakes will be pre-baked as the focus of the class will be on using fondant and decorating your cake.
