Eurasian food is unequivocally a fusion of several Asian cultures, with a tinge of European, and has developed into a cuisine that comprises the cooking techniques, flavours and ingredients that we commonly associate with Malay, Chinese or Indian food. 

Each household has their own set of recipes, some drawing more influences from specific cultures, depending on their racial lineage – very much like the Peranakans.

Shepherd’s pie - traditionally made with lamb but our version uses minced beef with diced vegetables and mashed potato

Chicken vindaloo – dry chicken curry with vinegar
