Donburi is a Japanese word that translates literally to bowl. In the culinary world, it refers to a Japanese rice bowl dish that is topped with fish or other kinds of meat.

A delightful savoury egg-custard dish that is made with dashi (fish stock). This dish includes ingredients such as naruto fishcake, gingko nut, chicken and prawn.
