SF Patissier In Training : French Pastry Croissants And Jam
Understand the various ingredients in the dough and understand the fundamentals of handling a croissant dough.
Make French croissants, crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Make 4 different jams
Strawberry and Apple Jam (Sweet)
Milk and Peanut Jam (Sweet)
Citrus Marmalade (Sweet)
Balsamic Onion Jam (Savoury)
Usage of various equipment required, e.g. Rolling Pin, Spatula
At the end of the session, participants will go home with a batch of freshly baked croissants and bottles of jam.
