Asian Pastry Techniques- Flaky Pastry And Pao
Learn the basic techniques and culinary knowledge to make Asian Pastry. The focus will be on making flaky pastry and pao, a variety of fillings and shaping them. Learn what equipment you need, how they will be cooked, the timing and temperature required.
Flaky pastry dough
Flaky pastry fillings include caramelised apple, chicken, red bean paste and winter melon.
Pao fillings include salted egg yolk and pork.
Pao shaped include mantou and flower roll.
