Mad About Cheesecake
Learn the two classical styles of making cheesecake, baked and cold set cheesecake.
Different bases for both cheesecake:
Digestive base for baked cheesecake
Oreo base for cold set cheesecake
Explain the difference in taste and texture for both.
We will be making:
6" inch baked cheesecake mix (New York cheesecake)
6'' inch cold set cheesecake (white chocolate & raspberry)
As an added bonus, you will be making 4 x 2.5" inch sized cheesecake tart.
Please note that you will be working in a group environment but you will take home individual portions as stated above.
