Learn the basic techniques and culinary knowledge to make chocolates that are typically sold in chocolate shops. The focus will be on:

Working with Chocolate

Tempering Chocolate

Module 2 focuses on intermediate chocolate making techniques. This delicacy can be turned into different fanciful products for different occasions.

You will learn molding techiques to create animal figurines & objects like shoes, prepare pralines with & without molds.

Flavours of pralines include salted caramel & hazelnut.
