Wellness Cuisine is all about nourishing our soul with food that supports our vibrant health. The emphasis is on low sugar, sodium, fat and dairy products. We dont count calories and we dont subscribe to any particular dietary plan. Rather, we advocate a sensible approach to healthy eating principles. We believe in 3 pillars for nourishing our soul.. the right nutrition for our body, the right amount of exercise and taking care of our mental health.
In this class, we will be making:
Butternut squash with sage pizza (we will also make the pizza from scratch)
Aubergine dip with pita bread (we will also make the pita bread from scratch)
Broccoli with ricotta cannelloni
Beetroot, wild mushrooms and sweet potato gratin
Fish fajitas with guacamole and salsa (fish will be replaced with if you are vegetarian).
This class is suitable for ovo -lacto vegetarians who consume dairy and eggs.
