Wellness Brunch For Vegetarians
Wellness Cuisine is all about nourishing our soul with food that supports our vibrant health. The emphasis is on low sugar, sodium, fat and dairy products. We dont count calories and we dont subscribe to any particular dietary plan. Rather, we advocate a sensible approach to healthy eating principles. In this class, we will be making:
Mushroom and bean pate served with pesto cous cous salad
Corn and polenta pancakes with tomato salsa
Chickpea flatbread bruschetta with mozzarella cheese and Roma tomatoes with baslamic pearls
Spicy jacket potatoes.
This class is suitable for ovo -lacto vegetarians who consume dairy and eggs.
