With so many Korean marts opening in Singapore in the past decade, getting your Kimchi fix has been that much easier. Make your own reminiscent dish right at home after learning the most popular recipes found in Korean eateries. Banchan, the side dishes, also have a big part to play in the Korean dining experience. We will cover 2 types of banchan during the lesson.
We will discuss the various ingredients for each dish, where to get them and how to use it.

Samgyetang (Chicken Ginseng Soup)
Pajeon (Scallion Pancake)
Dolsot Bibimbap (Stone pot rice with Assorted Vegetables)
Banchan (Side dishes - 2 varieties)
